Chimayo, New Mexico is rich with tradition for those who believe in the spirit of early New Mexico settlers and the annual pilgrimages to churches during the Easter Season. Healing earth is gathered from the church by many of the believers.

The first silver gelatin photograph was taken with a MamiyaRB67Sd while the second photograph was taken with a Rollieflex. They are hand tinted in the tradition of old photos. When individually tinted, the photos become "one of a kind" and truly a "work of art." We also have in our collection several other views of Chimayo, all equally as stunning.

While the above images are not representative of the quality of our work, they do give a hint of the flavor of the area. The photos are 8 x 10", double matted with cream matting in a size of 14 x 18 or 16 x 20. We will pay shipping and handling within the continental US. The cost of the photos are $195.00 each.

Please feel free to contact us to inquire about the pictures, or just talk about our experience. Chimayo is a very special place and we invite you to join us.
